Minister of Music & Education: Nancy C. Zoller

Rev. Nan serves as our Associate Pastor/Minister of Music and Christian Education. She is a native of New Hampshire, with degrees from Lowell (MA) State College and Scarritt College in Nashville. She has served in churches in New Hampshire and Pennsylvania, and has been in Tennessee since 1980. She and her husband Jack Gilbert, who is the pastor at nearby Harris Chapel UMC, have five grown children and three grandchildren. in addition to her church responsibilities, she serves on the Board of Ordained Ministry, coordinates the district Mexico mission trips, and often leads workshops and seminars.

Minister of Visitation: J. D. Spencer

Rev. J.D. Spencer and his wife Bobbie came home to Franklin County to retire in 1993, after serving in pastoral ministry since 1960. Since 2001 he has been Minister of Visitation at First UMC. Their son David is pastor of the Waverly First UMC. ..
